There's soooo many things that go into behind-the-scenes when you receive those cute holiday cards.
Anyone here a last minute planner? I get it. With the holidays, the to-do list is just endless. From planning to taking family photos to picking your favorites and then choosing a holiday card style, there is just SO MUCH WORK involved. And you haven't even printed or mailed them out yet.
That is another big task itself. When it comes to holiday cards, there's a variety of options to choose from and places to order them at too. But it is the weekend of Christmas now (so it may arrive after the holiday if you're mailing cards out) and if you're looking to get some cute family photos to print and give out this weekend, you should totally use what I use!
Did you know (some) Walgreens has a photo department? YES! It's a hidden secret that you may not usually notice when there but they do! You can create your order online and pick up at the store. How awesome is that?!
Go to Walgreens website: Menu / Photo / Cards & Stationary / then scroll down to pick which type of card design you want to use / upload your photos / place them in your card design / write a message / then print!
Some cards have front and back design options. Some have different cardstock paper available (if you choose premium, only select stores have it so it may not be available to print as fast). I usually order the regular cardstock paper and it comes out well every single time (I always get compliments on our holiday cards and friends get surprised that it's not from some "fancy" place).
Did I mean they also have FREE SAME DAY PICK UP?? This makes it super convenient when you're printing last minute or needing the cards ASAP. It's also a major reason why I use Walgreens every year (you don't know how many times this helped me).
Enter promo code "FROST40" for 40% off prints until tomorrow/Friday, December 24th! So hurry hurry you still have time to print out those treasured memories!
Did you print out holiday cards this year?
We took our family photos at the beginning of December and just got the edited version of our favorites back on Sunday and I created my holiday cards through Walgreens and it was ready for pickup 30 minutes after I ordered them. Talk about fast service! So I was able to send our holiday cards out this week - just in time!
TIP :: If your closest location isn't available, "change store" for same day pickup to see if there's other options to get it sooner. Hope this post was helpful!
As always, thanks for reading and sending you air hugs!
