You want something affordable that does the job and Maybelline consistently does the trick! For as long as I can remember, Maybelline has always been a part of my makeup stash ever since I first fell in love with their dramatic black lash mascaras. I've tried several other brands (even the really expensive ones) and it still doesn't compare to the quality and effect that Maybelline has. Right now, the colossal big shot mascara is my current obsession!

So, given that I've been a big fan of this super affordable and easily accessible brand (I mean, it you can find it pretty much at any of your local drug stores), it was no hesitation for me to want to try out their new color sensational lipsticks and lip liners collection - heck yes!

I'm more of a neutral pink girl so I really liked the color sensational toasted truffle matte lip stick shade paired with the color sensational shaping lip liner in magnetic mauve. Many times I wear lipsticks without lip liner (mostly because I don't have a matching color) but the extra step and effort really helps to define the lips more.

I'm SO excited to add these new lippies to my collection! They were easy to apply, lasted for a good amount of time, and come in a variety of colors to match any skin tone.

If you love darker colors, they have great shades to give you that glamourous vampy look.  These Maybelline lip sticks and lip liners are fun to wear when you want a more dramatic impact where the lips are the main focus. Wear these shades out for a little edge and date nights. Maybe she's born with it, maybe it's Maybelline. Either way, they'll for sure be noticed and have people talking about it!
