There are a few tops that can surprise me nowadays and this one caught me off guard! It appears that this summer's hottest trend right now are off-the-shoulder tops and I couldn't agree more! It's the comfort of wearing a tee but adds a slight hint of sultry without overdoing it. Plus, it looks good on e-v-e-r-y-o-n-e.
