Back to the Monday groove...
Sometimes the weekend feels so short. Alright, many times the weekend feels so short and then we're back to that Monday grind. For all my fellow full-time workers out there, it can be really tough to get into that Monday groove again. So that's why it's important to take the weekends for yourself, to recover and reset. For me, it's spending time with loved ones. These photos were taken when I went to visit my family's new home and the view overlooking LA was pretty amazing! Wow, talk about #housegoals right? And she custom built her backyard deck with a pool. Oh you know where I may be this summer. Anyways, my point is to find out what makes you not only happy but also recharges you to prepare for the work week. Take time out for yourself when needed because we all deserve a break here and there. Now let's get this Monday going!
What do you like to do for yourself during the weekend? One of my favorite things is sleeping in. It's simple, easy, and makes me feel like I got be "adventurous" by not waking up to an alarm. ;)
