This Friday is a special one cause we have multiple things to celebrate...

Yay it's Friday and it's Christmas! Hope you're all having a lovely start to the day so far. Whether you're waking up to fresh coffee, the smell of Christmas tree floating in the air, or grabbing some breakfast to-go, I would like to wish you and your loved ones a very special holiday today. {FAVORITE LOCAL SHABU SPOT} Dining at Shinobu Shabu. Earlier this week, I treated my fabulous girls from #TheATKTeam out for a holiday dinner at one of my local shabu spots. We each ordered our own shabu dish (fyi the spicy miso broth is delicious!), drank some sake to celebrate, and ended our meals with their signature Asian funnel cake made from udon noodles. Everything was tasty and scrumptious!

{FAVORITE CHRISTMAS PASTTIME} Hanging out next to my King of Christmas tree. I wasn't planning on getting a Christmas tree this year but then King of Christmas sent me their 6 foot maui fir artificial Christmas tree ($529 HERE) along with a couple ornaments from their collection (HERE) and I quickly changed my mind. Having a Christmas tree in the house really sets the mood for the holidays. I love seeing it before going to sleep and seeing it again when I wake up! But, most of all, I love relaxing in my pjs (wearing PJ Salvage's polar dot jammie set, $85 HERE), enjoying a hot cup of tea (drinking Teami Blends HERE, enter code "KLUU10" for 10% off) in my Ankit cat mug ($19.99 HERE), and soaking in the holiday spirit. {FAVORITE CARNE ASADA BURRITOS} Pit stops to King Taco (multiple locations HERE). Whenever I'm craving for a good carne asada burrito, King Taco comes to mind. Our nearest location from the OC is Long Beach so when I was coming home from LA last Saturday, I made a quick detour and stopped by King Taco to pick up some all-beef carne asada burritos, al pastor tacos, sopes, and pina drinks. Their jalepeno and cheese tamales are also really good too! Now if only they'd open a King Taco location closer to me in Orange County (*wink wink*).
