There's a new seafood place in town and you'll want to check it out...
Located on the beautiful Newport Beach waterfront is The Ritz Prime Seafood restaurant which happens to be opening up for dinner and weekend brunch starting October 12, 2015! That's right, starting TODAY. The Ritz Prime Seafood, formerly recognized as The Ritz restaurant, has been reinvented by LA-based Restaurant Group Grill Concepts to a more modern "fine dining experience in Newport Beach, while honoring the beloved history, rich memories and innovative vision of the original Ritz," according to CEO Bob Spivak. Their menu was created by Grill Concepts' Executive Chef Phil Kastel with Michael Stewart, Executive Chef of The Ritz Prime Seafood, which includes a variety of seafood, meats, sushi, and beverage options to satisfy your palette. They even kept The Ritz iconic classic, the Ritz Egg, an organic egg with smoked salmon and caviar that's served with chilled vodka. I was lucky enough to preview their dinner menu during a media night last week and the food was delicious! See below for what we ate and check out their full menu HERE. Craving seafood, tasty cocktails, and an amazing panoramic view of the harbor? Don't worry, The Ritz Prime Seafood has you covered!
***Thanks to Kitchen Table PR and The Ritz Prime Seafood team for the wonderful dining experience!
What do you usually order when you go out to eat? I'm usually more of a fish person and the boyfriend tends to order from the meats selection. That way we get to try a little bit of both.
{FOOD TIP: If you like seafood with a tropical twist, try the tempura lobster roll - it's so good!}
