If you know me then you know I am a HUGE fan of brunches. So on a sunny SoCal afternoon a couple weeks ago, the boyfriend and I headed out to Newport Beach for their weekend brunch (available from 11am-3pm) at Fig & Olive. I've gone to this location before and experienced their social lounge but I haven't had a sit-down meal yet so I was anxious and curious to see how it was. From their summer brunch menu, we selected a variety of dishes to try (see below). Everything - and I mean everything - was absolutely delicious! Even the boyfriend, who is a chef himself, was impressed with the meal. We both left with stuffed tummies and big smiles. You know we'll be back again soon!
What is your go-to brunch item? I always get my mimosa but I switched it out this time to try one of their popular cocktails (also super good).
