Christmas is one of the busiest times of the year and it doesn't end there...
Family gatherings. Endless food. Sharing memories.
The holidays are about spending time with loved ones and having some good laughs. This Christmas I went with the boyfriend to his family celebration during the day and then over to my family's house gathering at night. Does anyone else party hop too? I really wanted to bake something for the holidays this year so I went with making a rice krispies Christmas tree! It was super easy, tasted delicious, and the kids L-O-V-E-D it. Surprisingly it was a big hit at the parties with the kids AND adults! I'm totally going to make it again next year. This treat is so simple and creative so why not?
{FASHION TIP: Embellished tops are like statement necklaces so pair them with simpler pieces.}
Pardon my mini absence but I took this past week off from blogging for some personal time. With all the Christmas festivities on top of it being my last work week, there was a lot of things to do. That's right it was my last week of work because guess what? I'm starting a new job in January! I'm so excited and can't wait so I wanted to give myself a little "me time" before starting off a new life venture. Sometimes you need to take time for yourself, you know?
