Since it's the first Friday of the new year, I was inspired to post a fancy outfit for going out because who's ready for the weekend? Even though the holidays are over, the celebrations are probably not. So let's continue to get dressed up and have some more fun! My image of an effortless glam style? Wearing this pink shift dress from Charlotte Russe (HERE) that's versatile to wear with over-the-knee boots for a day time brunch or some sparkly glitter boots and a luscious faux fur coat for a girls night out.

Fun little side fact: every year I get a planner (yes, I'm a little old-fashioned like that) which helps keep me organized and, in a way, has become my daily diary of things I've done and want to do. In high school, I used to write down what I wore every day so I wouldn't wear the same thing twice. Weird, right? haha Now it has evolved and I have this blog to document that. This year will about stepping outside my boundaries and exploring a little more about myself. Thanks for following and looking forward to take on 2014 together.
