Top notch! One of my ultimate favorite New York things to do is ice skating. I guess it's because it reminds me of my childhood when I used to take ice skating lessons with my little sisters ~> so much fun doing "fishies" and spins. It also happened to be my dear friend Judith's (you prob know her by now) first time ice skating and she did such a great job. So proud of her!
A couple years ago, we went ice skating at Rockefeller Center, which was nice because they let us take pictures on the rink. Here, at Bryant Park, they didn't and had strict security on ice to prevent that. So we couldn't help but to sneak in a couple pictures haha What we liked about this place was that it was a bigger rink, outdoor (so we got to skate during the day time and as the sun set), and the price was quite reasonable (free admission + $13 skate rental). It's also open very late-another pro. However, be warned that it is pretty crowded-a con for me because I couldn't really practice my spins. All in all, it was a lot of fun and I would do it again.
