Hidden north of Santa Barbara is a little Danish town called Solvang. It's a very small town that you can pretty much see in one day. The shops close around 7PM so there isn't really a nightlife there. I like how you can walk around to get where you need in Solvang. And there are many nice places to take some fun scenary pictures.
